Golden Moments is a comprehensive day program in a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment. Our program is a cost effective alternative to in-home care offering socialization, friendship, music, art, outings, laughter and more.

Why choose a Social Day Program?

Programs like ours prolong the need for your loved one to enter into a skilled nursing home, decrease depression from isolation, keep your loved one physically and socially active, and are a cost efficient alternative to “around the clock” care at home.  If aging in place is your goal for your loved one, then consider calling to discuss our program further.

Some activities enjoyed by program participants:

Daily healthy snacks, lunch and beverages

Daily exercising such as walking, dance, chair yoga or stretching (Adjusted to individuals based on stamina and physical ability)

Games such as Bingo, Trivia, Scrabble, Card Games, Puzzles

History Discussions

Coffee Hour/personal sharing time/socialization

Physical Games such as bean bag toss, bowling, etc

Movies or quiet time if desired in our living room with one of many comfortable recliners

Audio books, music, shows on a personal tablet with headphones if desired

Music Therapy/Sing-a-longs

Visiting Musicians and Entertainers
